Sell the remaining 3 panels as advertisement spots to local businesses in your area. When selling the 3 panel spots as advertisements, charge enough for the 3 spots so that it covers the cost of purchasing the cushions. By doing that your product costs are covered and now you can sell the cushions at all sporting events for $5-$10ea for 100% profit.
